Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the item you want.

4. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with a description and photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Customized or Engraved Items

Please note that we do not accept returns for customized or engraved items unless they are damaged or defective.

7. Sale Items

All sale items are considered final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased on sale unless they are damaged or defective.
